What are the guidelines?

There are 2 simple (but not easy) rules:
1. No use of a smartphone or smart watch for 28 days. (Unless you choose to do the “light” version.)
2. No social media use on any device for 28 days.

DO I need to purchase a “dumb phone”?

Only if you want to get the “full experience”.

Can I use a “dumbed-down” iPhone?

Yes! I have created guidelines for a flip phone “light” within the challenge.

What if I cannot complete the challenge?

Be proud of yourself for trying. Determine what prevented you from completing the challenge and see if you can complete it at a later time.

  • Set clear boundaries and commit to them.

  • Create rhythms that foster rest, renewal, and connection.
